Based on my recent interaction with them they are pretty well organized and have a very good computerized system. You can make an appointment on line or call them. So you get your appointment confirmation that even has a barcode and they scan it and you get a number. So all you have to do is wait for them to call your number while you sit. Multiple windows. Also everybody was so pleasant and helpful. Good vibe people. Just make sure you have an appointment before you come or you will have do it from your phone like I did before they process your application.

This DMV location breaks all the stereotypes. Instead of flailing in a wasteland of bureaucracy, rudeness, arbitrariness, and needless delay, I encountered only friendly, efficient people who wanted to help me and other customers transact their business. Took me a while to even realize that a DMV existed in this mall since I'm in the area so often. I came here to renew my driver's license to a "Real ID" earlier this year and had an overall pleasant experience. Initially I thought it would take hours before my number was called, however, I was there for less than 3 hours. First you provide your documents at the window and then you're instructed to take a new photo for your ID. After making the payment for the desired service, you're provided with a temporary ID until your official one arrives in the mail. This will definitely be my go-to DMV as opposed to going to the city moving forward.

I always hear horror stories about the DMV, about the people being rude and the wait being long. My appointment was at 8:30, I arrived 8:50 and was out by 10. I went to get the title on my vehicle transferred and received good customer service from start to finish.. maybe I got lucky? Lol but I'd definitely choose this location again. Only downside is there's no street parking and I had to pay $207.. even though on the phone I was told $17 I returned a few days later to return my plates and was in and out within 15 mins.
